Welcome to the project website for Mobility 2017: Transit Roadmap for Bismarck and Mandan! Mobility 2017 is the 2012-2017 Transit Development Plan being developed for the Bismarck-Mandan area. The TDP provides a roadmap for transit service and capital needs over next five years. The Transit Plan is being managed by the Bismarck/Mandan Metropolitan Planning Organization and Capital Area Transit/Bis-Man Transit.
